By creating an account or using CallTextBurn, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CallTextBurn, operated by Melvin Global LLC, provides temporary phone numbers that you can use to send and receive SMS/MMS messages and make and receive voice calls through a web-based application. Numbers are provisioned through third-party telecommunications providers.
By using CallTextBurn, you consent to send and receive SMS and MMS messages through phone numbers provisioned on your account. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your usage. You may opt out of the service at any time by releasing your number, deleting your account, or by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact support@calltextburn.com.
You agree not to use CallTextBurn to:
Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), harass or threaten others, impersonate another person or entity, engage in fraud or illegal activity, send messages promoting illegal goods or services, circumvent carrier filtering or anti-abuse systems, or violate any applicable law or regulation including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and release your number immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.
Phone numbers provisioned through CallTextBurn are temporary and not owned by you. Numbers are leased from telecommunications providers and may be reclaimed, reassigned, or become unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific phone number or area code. When you burn (release) a number, it is returned to the provider's pool and may be assigned to another user or service.
CallTextBurn is not a replacement for your primary phone service. The service cannot be used to call emergency services (911). Voice calls require an internet connection and may be affected by network quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits on messaging and call duration as described in the application.
Free tier users may burn numbers for a per-burn fee as displayed in the application. Pro tier subscriptions are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, extended inactivity (90 days with no usage), or for any reason with 7 days notice sent to your account. Upon termination, your active numbers are released and message data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
CallTextBurn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered successfully. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melvin Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
