CallTextBurn is operated by Melvin Global LLC, a Texas limited liability company. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Melvin Global LLC.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect a username and password. We do not collect your email address or personal phone number.
Phone numbers: We provision temporary phone numbers on your behalf through our telecommunications provider. We store the number, the date it was assigned to you, and the date it was released.
Messages and calls: We store the content of SMS and MMS messages sent and received through your CallTextBurn number, along with the sender and recipient phone numbers and timestamps. For calls, we store the caller and recipient numbers, call start and end times, and duration. We do not record call audio.
Usage data: We track usage metrics such as messages sent, call minutes used, and number of burns to enforce service limits and improve the product.
We use your information to provide the CallTextBurn service: provisioning numbers, delivering messages, connecting calls, enforcing usage limits, and processing payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use Telnyx as our telecommunications provider to provision phone numbers and route SMS messages and voice calls. Your messages and calls pass through Telnyx's infrastructure. Telnyx's privacy policy is available at telnyx.com/privacy-policy.
We may display advertisements through Google AdSense on the free tier of our service. Google may use cookies and identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.
When you burn (release) a phone number, we retain the associated message and call records for 30 days after release, after which they are permanently deleted. Active number data is retained for as long as the number is assigned to your account.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. This will release any active phone numbers and begin the data retention countdown for associated records. You can request a copy of your data or ask questions about this policy by contacting us at privacy@calltextburn.com.
By using CallTextBurn, you consent to send and receive SMS and MMS messages through the phone numbers provisioned on your account. You may stop using the service at any time by releasing your number or deleting your account. Recipients of messages sent from CallTextBurn numbers can reply STOP at any time to block further messages from that number.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
